My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, although smallish, had everything we needed and were of a reasonable size. Being on the 19th floor provided a great view. The service, while not the nicest overall, did have one standout staff member who checked us in and was lovely. The location was ideal, close to three monorail stops, great eateries, bars, and shopping centers. The dining experience was pretty good with a variety of foods available.
